For optimal production results, we recommend sending editable vector files such as AI, PDF, or CDR as much as possible. These formats help to keep the logo clean, clear, and consistent during the production process, especially for embroidery, printing, patch embroidery, and brand labels.
If you only have JPG or other image files, we can still review them and suggest whether they can be used directly or if they need to be redrawn for better quality. In some cases, low resolution or blurry logos may affect the final appearance, so vector art is always the preferred choice for OEM/ODM customization.
